To be eligible to apply to Health For Armenia’s Healthcare Leadership Program (HLP), applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

Taking part in the Healthcare Leadership Program is a serious commitment and requires significant investment from its participants. As part of HLP, Doctor-leaders are expected to:
Phase I: Application Submission (July 14 – August 31, 2025)
Interested individuals must complete the application form and attach their CV, following the format outlined in the application.
Phase II: Group Work (September 2025)
In the second phase, applicants will be invited to participate in a 1–2 hour online group activity via Zoom.
Phase III: Interview 1 (October 2025)
This phase involves an interview with the Health For Armenia Foundation. Selected applicants must confirm their participation in the program by the end of October.
Phase IV: Interview 2 (November 2025)
Applicants who are either finishing their residency, do not yet have permanent employment as a family doctor in a region, or wish to relocate to a new community will be interviewed by directors of several Primary Healthcare Centers to determine placement. Applicants who are already working as family doctors in regional areas must submit a letter of approval from their employer to participate in the program.
Phase V: Contract Signing (November 2025)
Applicants who confirm their participation will sign a contract committing to attend the Healthcare Academy and participate in HLP in Armenia’s regions for a period of two years.
Generate a growing pool of visionary healthcare leaders and primary care champions who will become catalysts for change in Armenia's healthcare system.
Drive healthcare advancement by fostering collaborative leadership and data-driven policy development, focusing on prevention, education, and access to care for all.
Work with healthcare stakeholders in Armenia to coproduce a more equitable, inclusive, and responsive healthcare system, with prevention as its cornerstone.
